On Friday July 16th, the Council held a Government Affairs Committee luncheon at Accenture in Washington, DC. Devin O’Brien – a Professional Staff Member with the U.S. Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee for Ranking Member Senator Collins – spoke to Council members about current issues in homeland security legislation. The conversation at the luncheon focused on chemical security, cybersecurity, the SAFE Port Act, and supply chain risks.
